Every file on FreeSVG may be downloaded and used at no cost for personal, non-commercial projects. That covers shirts for your family, decorations for your home, gifts, school projects, church and community events, and anything else you are not being paid for.

Commercial use

Most designs may be used on finished physical products that you make and sell yourself — up to 500 units per design unless the download page states otherwise. Each download page carries a license note; where it says personal use only, that overrides this page.

Allowed: shirts, mugs, tumblers, signs, cards, decals and other physical goods you produce.
Allowed: selling at craft fairs, on Etsy, or through your own shop.
Not allowed: print-on-demand marketplaces where the artwork is uploaded to their library.
Not allowed: registering any part of the artwork as a trademark or logo.

Never permitted

Reselling, sharing or redistributing the digital file in any format.
Including the files in a design bundle, membership site or subscription.
Claiming the artwork as your own original design.
Using the files to create anything hateful, defamatory or unlawful.

Trademarks and characters

Some themes — sports teams, brands, film and TV characters — are protected by trademark or copyright held by others. Designs inspired by them are provided for personal use only, and selling products based on them can expose you to a claim from the rights holder. That responsibility sits with you, not with FreeSVG.

No warranty

Files are provided as-is. We test our designs, but we cannot guarantee a particular result on every machine, blade and material combination. Run a test cut on scrap material before committing to an expensive blank.
